We only offer postage within Australia and as a smaller retailer, we’re only able to offer large items for pick-up in store or local delivery within 20km of Hahndorf, South Australia at this stage.
Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty or mis-described products. Where a refund, replacement or repair is approved, proof of purchase will be required.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or normal wear and tear unless otherwise stated.
ORDERING
When purchasing via our website we accept we accept payment via Credit Card or PayPal. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.
We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email if preferred. Payment for manual orders can be made via a payment link.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped by Tuesday. As a small business run alongside a young family, we do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
To keep shipping costs down, we offer free shipping on orders over $300.
While we work fast to pack every order, please note that we’re based in regional SA, and delivery times can vary.
